DLA National Trainers are experts in their field, with dynamic personalities who can energize audiences of diverse sizes. Our trainers have a passion for educating and improving others.

All trainers are salaried employees will full benefits. This position is mostly air travel, with minimal vehicle travel. DLA pays for all travel related expenses and trainers keep all earned rewards.

There are many benefits of being part of our team.

  • Trainers visit their assigned dealerships only 12 days monthly.
  • Most trainers schedule three, 4-day work weeks which provides 1-week off monthly.
  • Trainers are responsible for their own schedules which allows flexibility to travel out on Sunday or Monday.
  • Trainers are assigned dealerships by our corporate office and are not responsible for marketing new clients.

National Sales Trainer
Candidates must have extensive Retail Automotive GM/GSM or Sales Management experience, with a track record of success in Retail Automotive Dealerships or as a Sales Trainer.

National Fixed Ops Trainer
Candidate must have extensive Retail Automotive Service Advisor, Service Manager, Fixed Ops Director experience, with a track record of success in Retail Automotive Dealerships or as a Service Trainer. Service Technician background a plus.
