This 3.5 Hour course exposes the student to a 4-step process for overcoming objections. This process is designed to inspire the Customer to have second thoughts as to why they should make their purchase now versus the old school mentality of begging, whining and pleading with the Customer. Students will learn the essential skill of storytelling, how to use empathy to disarm the customer, and strategic closing techniques that does not require lowering the price to succeed.
