This 3.5 hour course exposes the student to a 4-step process for overcoming objections. This process is designed to inspire the Customer to have second thoughts as to why they should make their purchase now versus the old school mentality of begging, whining, and pleading with the Customer. There will be some basic development of individual word tracks and role playing.
